Downloaded file should be unpacked on your desktop computer to any temporary folder, either use regular WinZip or just open the file, select any temporary folder and unzip it. Then using ActiveSync transfer all or selected *.tsk files to "My Documents" folder at your Pocket PC. Note, not any subfolders or storage card. To select the theme for your "Today" screen tap Start->Settings->Today then select the theme following instructions on the screen.
