This program DOES NOT indicate whether the card number entered corresponds with a card that has actually been issued.
Be aware that some card providers do not use the Luhn check digit algorithm and therefore this program may report a number as invalid whereas it is in fact, valid. Such providers include
Diners Club EnRoute, China Union Pay and Laser.
